What makes your pieces different?
Each piece is designed with intention — meant to be worn now and passed down later. We focus on timeless design, thoughtful craftsmanship, and materials that hold both beauty and meaning.
Do you use lab-grown or natural diamonds?
We primarily work with lab-grown diamonds, selected for their exceptional quality and ethical sourcing. Natural diamonds may be available upon request for custom pieces.
Where are your pieces made?
All pieces are crafted by skilled U.S.-based bench jewelers, including partners local to us here in Texas. Each design is made to order unless otherwise noted.
Custom Design
Do you offer custom pieces?
Yes — custom design is at the heart of what we do. Whether you’re reimagining an heirloom or starting from scratch, we’ll guide you through the process from concept to final piece.
How does the custom process work?
- Initial consultation to understand your vision
- CAD design for approval
- Stone sourcing
- Production
- Final piece delivery
Is there a fee for custom design?
A deposit is required to begin custom work, which includes your CAD design. If you’re not ready to move forward with production, we offer a standalone CAD design option for a non-refundable fee.
Can I make changes to my design?
Yes — revisions are part of the process. We’ll refine the design until it feels exactly right before moving into production.
Materials & Craftsmanship
What materials do you use?
We work with solid 14k gold and high-quality lab-grown diamonds (typically E–F color, VS1+ clarity unless otherwise specified).
Are your pieces solid gold or plated?
All fine jewelry pieces are solid gold — never plated or hollow.
Will my ring be durable for everyday wear?
Yes — our designs are created with everyday wear in mind. That said, certain styles (like high-set stones or delicate bands) may require a bit more care depending on your lifestyle.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to make my piece?
Most pieces are made to order and typically take 3–5 weeks to complete, depending on the design.
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes — reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Where do you ship from?
Pieces ship from the Dallas, Texas.
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
Yes — all fine jewelry shipments over $1,000 require a signature for security.
Returns, Resizing & Repairs
Do you accept returns?
Because most pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your piece, please reach out — we’ll make it right.
Resizing is available for Sable House Heirlooms pieces only. Availability depends on the design, as some styles have limitations. We’ll always advise you before production and again if resizing is requested after delivery.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes — we’re here for you. If your piece needs repair, reach out and we’ll walk you through the next steps.
Warranty
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Yes — all Sable House Heirlooms pieces include a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Issues with craftsmanship
This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Loss of jewelry

Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my jewelry?
- Remove during heavy activity (workouts, cleaning, etc.)
- Store in a soft pouch or box
- Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush
Will my jewelry need maintenance over time?
Like all fine jewelry, occasional maintenance (like prong checks or cleaning) is recommended to keep your piece in its best condition.
